THE MAGIC OF KNOWING YOUR FACE SHAPE

Whether you believe it or not, knowing your face shape is the first step in creating your most beautiful look.

Do you know that knowing your face shape could dramatically help the way you shape your eye brows, and style your?

Our appearance is what makes us unique as individuals. Even though we are unique, certain characteristics such as jaw placement and forehead shape determines face shape.

There are six different face shapes: Oval face shape, Heart-Shaped face shape, Square face shape, Round face shape, and Long face shape, and Diamond face shape.

It is quite hard to be objective about your shape face, and we know they are lots of suggestions on how to figure it. But we have come up with the simplest way to do it

Firstly, start by pulling your hair back from your face with no makeup looking closely at the mirror.

Secondly, outline your face shape using a lipstick

You need to look out for the following shapes:

Oval shape has generally been accepted as the perfect face shape. This is bacause it has an almost perfect balance, equal distance from hairline to the eye brow, from the eyebrow to the tip of the jaw.

Oval shape allows you to wear any haircut style and to select your eyebrow shape according to your personal taste.

Eye Brow

We would advice anyone with this face shape to draw a perfect arch as shown above. This would help accomplish the face shape well.

Styling

You look best when styling your hair off your face. Most oval face shapes can wear slicked-backed looks as well.

Avoid

Covering up your "perfect" features with heavy bangs, or too forward-directed styles. Wearing your hair style on your face, will make you lose your face shape behind the hair. It may appear to add weight to your face.

Ahh, a long shaped face.

Long Shaped face are certainly not short on stlye options, so take a breathe as a sign of relief.

You face features are ideal for chin lengths bobs, curls and waves because they help create illusion to the width.

You need to make your eyebrow apppear oval.

Draw a flat brow shape by applying horrizontal line to your face.

This draws the eye from side to side and stops it from going up and down as shown above.

Styling

Make sure you ask your stylist to cut your hair shorter at the back so it does not look boring if you decide to adpot the bob.

Avoid

Stay away from anything extreme. Do not do hair length longer than collarbone and skull capping supper short cut. This will make your face look even longer!

So because most of us dont have such luxury or time, i will say keep to shoulder length to avoid any harm to your appearance.

Your goal is to create less volume around the face. You also want to minimize the appearance of roundness.

Golden Rule

Always remember that a round faces need a style that has longer pieces that fall onto your face to lengthen your cheeks, making them look slimmer and your cheekbones more structured.

Eye Brow

You face shape needs eye brow that would make your face look longer.

Hence, you need to have an high arch brow shape and a short tail so your face can appearmore oval.

To do this apply lines that go up the face. This will draw the eye more up and down and stops it from going side to side.

Styling

Try cuts that fall just below the chin. Features layers cut are also great because it makes your face appear slimmer and tend to remove bulk and weight from the sides.

Avoid

Do not go near a short blunt fridge. Curly short hair is also a no no for you. These will only emphazise your roundeness and make you look older than you are.

Avoid

Short, blunt-cut bangs and harsh, choppy layers. These will only emphasize your upper face and will make your top look too heavy.

Then comes your first mistake. Only AFTER THE FACT, (Girls always want to knw) Once you've already become sexual and intimate with him, do you start to find out who he REALLY IS and what he REALLY WANTS?

Does he wants "freedom." Or His he not looking for a "serious relationship" right now. Or "It's not you, it's him. He's just not ready."

Of course, hearing this AFTER you've already spent time with a man, become intimate, and grown more and more ATTACHED to him is a total WHACK upside the head for you.

I bet at least one of these reasons a man can give for NOT wanting to be with you sounds strangely familiar you ladies reading this.

If you've had this happen to you with a man, and perhaps had it happen more than once... the question is how come this kind of thing is so common with men? How come a man can easily PULL AWAY even when you really hit it off with him and there's a great relationship right in front of you both? (At least in your own head). ACURA DENIES NOLLYWOOD HOTTEST ACTRESS, GENEVIEVE NNAJIS' BABY

In an Interview with Nigerianfilms.com, Acura was questioned about Genavieves' daughter. He publicly denied the claims that he did not father Genevieve Nnaji’s little Angel.

Acura says:

‘I will not accept parternity until a DNA test is carried out.

‘What happened between him and Genevieve was when they were both very young, Genevieve was 15 and I was 20 years‘

However, since the daughters paternity was made public, Genevieve has not deemed the need to call Acura as she does not see the need to plead or to converse with him.

'I am obviously upset and distressed at some of the comments made by Acura to the media. I have no idea why anybody would want to conduct themselves in this kind of manner about such a personal matter in such a public way'.

D liked N and wanted to sleep with her. He started growing impatient, because she seemed so resisting. He couldn't understand why because she said she liked him. On their third date, D who is a hustler took N to the cinema and to an expensive restaurant in Chelsea and spent more than he had intended to. After the date, D made his way to N’s apartment. N, still resisted his sweet talks saying, 'No D… I'm so sorry… but no… I don't want to… if you really like me, you would wait till am ready’

D looked disappointed. (he could not imagine all the money he had spent on this babe, so he pushed forward). ' but.. I thought you felt the same way about me as I feel about you,' he said. ‘I completely got all the wrong signals from you…‘. He looked so upset that N couldn't help but feel sorry for him.. 'No D, I do like you,' she insisted. ‘I just need more time‘.

D shook his head sadly and said ‘no you obviously don't feel the same way. I'm sorry N, I thought we had something going here. I have made a fool of my self. Lets just forget it happened.' He then reached for his keys and started the engine.

'No D,' she said. ''look I like you but I would want to spend more time with you''.

'But, N', replied D, I really like you too, but for a man, its only natural to want to express it physically. But if you don't feel the same, then its better we call a halt now before I get too involved… sorry that's the way I feel, as I've been hurt before‘.

N ended up having sex with D that night. Their relationship lasted two weeks, when D stopped returning N’s calls. D said., 'Am sorry but I am married. I like you but I did not go out looking for a girlfriend'.

Girls please don't allow yourself to be used by guys. A relationship that starts on such a manipulation basis is usually doomed. Please tell me, how can two people reasonably be expected to trust each other if their beginning together was built on manipulation?

Flo's is one of the members of the Kentro family. He is known for his good looks, easy going and soft spoken approach. After watching his performacne at THIS DAY concert, the conclusion was made that this handsome artist was not just something nice to look at, but someone who has the potential to be the next big thing out of Nigeria. In this interview, Flo's talks about his career as an artist, Olu maintain and Kentro family new album, and also gives us an insight on his personal life. Yes girls, his available!

Its nice to have you here in London with us, so did u travel because of your new album?

FLO:
well, we have been in and out of London since we are working on our new project both in London and Nigeria. We did a few recording here

KS:
We also hear the buzz that you are collaborating with SWAY? What can you tell us about that?

FLO:
We got a call from a UK based company asking if we could do a UK remix version of the mega hit Yahoozee. So, it featured Sway, Chip monk, Bashy and i think Kano.

KS:
Wow!.. so I guess we will definitely be hearing more of the Kentro now?

FLO:
As long as u are ready to receive, Kentro is ready to give

KS:
Tell us more about Kentro and the idea behind the name QUALITY. LOL!


FLO:
Well, its a term we use to qualify something of good value and high standard

KS:
Do i get a smile for that?


FLO:
(laughing)

KS:
What was it like working on your album and what challenges did you face?

FLO:
Like i would always say, Success consists of going from failure 2 failure, without loss of enthusiasm. If u don’t make mistakes, you're not working hard enough and that is a big mistake

KS:
What are your favorite songs on the album?

FLO:
GOD*

KBS:
OK, good.

FLO:
All the songs are Quality. I haven't picked a favorite yet, but am feeling all of them at d moment.

ME:
(Laughing) So, GOD* is not a track i presume

FLO:
I mean we thank God.

KS:
Ok. How often do you plan on releasing new albums?

FLO:
Like i said as long as the world is ready to receive, Kentro is ready to give!

KBS:
Well, we wish you luck with that. Due to your reputation I’m sure you have been getting a lot of requests to feature on songs, Are there any artists you would like to work with?

FLO:

Well i would love to work with both indigenous and international artiste, because we have loads of talented musicians out there, so doing a collaboration would be a wonderful thing as long as its positive and it brings growth to the industry

KS:
Are there any artists you would turn down?

FLO
I don’t think so.

KS:
Any advice for up coming artists?

FLO:
Don’t lose enthusiasm, learn from your mistakes and improve on your present and don’t give up your dream

KS:
Lets get personal, are you In the market? As, many girls are interested in you?

FLO:
As long as they wont be any form of distraction. (He smiles) but, i haven’t seen any interested one yet.

KS:
So r telling me there’s no one?

FLO:
At d moment, no

KS:
Certainly musicians are known for having loads of women. So what is your take on that and are you one of them?

FLO:
They say behind every successful man......... And by the way, Women appreciate success.

KS:
